Bulking vs. Cutting | Harefit

🔥Cut? Bulk? Which way are you going?
🍩If you’re currently overweight then your main priority should be to cut and lose weight first. You’ll feel better, be healthier and your body will thank you for it.
🦄Otherwise if you can’t see them magical abs just yet then you should also cut. Not only will you have the elusive six pack but you’ll look more muscley all over due to your lower body fat!
🥞If you can already see your abs then set off on a bulk but it doesn’t have to be dirty. Eating everything you lay your eyes on is going to mean you pack on a lot of fat along with that muscle and make your cut on the other end way more difficult than it needs to be.
🤓Yes there’s an argument for a maintenance goal but I believe that if you don’t have an actual goal that you’re aiming to achieve and you’re just coasting along then you’re not really achieving anything and your good habits are likely to fade out.
