Intermittent Fasting for Weight Loss

Yesterday I ate a whole pizza!
Yep you heard me right and do you know what the best thing was?
I ate it guilt free.
Still ate another meal AND…
Woke up slightly lighter today and looking leaner!
How did I do it?
Me and Chloe were heading out into Leeds and near where we were going is the wonderful MOD Pizza. If you aren’t lucky enough to have this it’s like Subway for Pizza but there are no limits on toppings. You can have as much or as little as you want.
A quick check online showed me it was going to be roughly 1500 calories for the pizza.

By not eating up until 3pm, when we went for food, I was able to eat and enjoy the pizza guilt free.

I then later had a very nice chicken salad to top up my protein for the day and still remain under my calories.

I believe fasting in this way is a vital tool for anyone currently trying to diet and live a normal life.

That’s why I set up this fasting challenge to give you everything you need to get started and implement it into your life for easier weight loss:

It’s approaching lunch time yet again today, as I’m writing this, and I’m just about to have my first meal. Yes, I do this every single day.

I hope it helps you as it has done me.

All the best.
