My Wife Was Struggling…

Hello again from your guest writer- Chloe (Lee’s crazy wifey) I hope you’ve all crushed January and are well on your way to achieving those February goals!

I hired Lee and joined the Harefit elite coaching programme last month and let me tell you something, it was one of the best decisions I could’ve made for my fitness journey.

I was where most people are at the back end of last year; plateaued in my fat loss, bored of my workouts and not getting the results I wanted. Well now all of that has changed!

Lee, even though he’s my husband, has been such a superb coach and has treat me exactly the same as all his other clients. He’s made me check in with him weekly incase we need to make any adjustments to my plans, he’s kept me accountable and I’ve wanted to make sure I’m completing all my workouts each week so that I can tell him how well I’ve done.

He’s also introduced me to new ways of doing things which are actually going to help me maintain my results over a long period of time, rather than just doing the latest trend only to be back to square one after a few months. A big one has been to start tracking what I eat. I’ve always been an intuitive eater however its been really beneficial to actually see the macros I’m consuming each day, and how we can easily tweak these to see better results.

So basically what I wanted to say in this email is that Lee has been such a huge help and I’m so glad that I decided to join the coaching programme. Not to be too gushing, but he has truly amazed me at how good he actually is at his job!

So if you’ve been trying to go it alone in January and are still struggling a month in, then don’t even give it a second thought, message Lee straight back from this email so he can get talking to you right now. You don’t have to struggle any longer alone, both Lee and I have been in your shoes and once you finally take that step to getting yourself a trainer you’ll wonder why you didn’t do it sooner!

Thanks for having me again as your guest writer today and until next time,

Your coach’s wife,

Let me know what you think...
