Still Struggling? Do This Next Week Instead

Another week down and how as it gone for you?

If you’re keeping up with my progress then I’ve just posted up my latest check in photos for January here on Instagram. The changes are definitely coming along now.
If you’re still struggling and not made the progress you wanted to in January then here’s a tip for you so that you can be sat here next week happy that you’ve moved forward.

I find that a lot of people try to bite off more than they can chew and unless you have a coach (Me) to guide you through it and give you processes that actually work ​​​​you may quickly become discouraged and fall back into old ways.

Instead, if you’re going at this on your own then I want you to try having 1 thing. 1 thing next week that you’ll do that will be good for you and your weight loss goals.

Here’s a few to get you started but think of your own if you want to and make this the thing you HAVE to do.

– Daily 30 minute walks.
– Veggies with every meal.
– Avoid the tuck shop/vending machine at work.​​​​​​​​​
– Get to the gym 3 times this week.
– Skip breakfast this week.

What are you going to do?

I hope by picking 1 you can concentrate on that 1 next week and crush it. Then the week after pick something else and roll with that.

This way you’re building up good habits slowly and these compound.
