The Only Person In Control Of This Is You. When Will You Decide To Make The Change?

#ThrowbackThursday to when I had zero clue on how or what I should have been eating…

I know sometimes you may look at people here on Insta and think:
😒That they have it easier than you or
😔That they have better genetics than you or
🥺There must be some other advantage they have over you but chances are they don’t.

They, like me, probably started out just where you are now but one day decided enough is enough!

This was me struggling way back when.

I have, what I like to call, my little fat kid inside of me responsible for this… even to this day he still rears his head and tries making me eat EVERYTHING!

I’m serious here. I can eat. A lot.

But now I am more aware and in control of what and when I eat because I don’t want to go back to being the guy you see here in this picture.

👉Sucking in his belly on photos.
👉Wearing only baggy clothes as nothing else fits or feels comfortable.
👉Dreading the suggestion of hitting the pool after the gym.
👉Stood in the mirror grabbing bits of me wondering why I just can’t seem to lose it.

I WILL NOT RETURN TO BEING THAT PERSON.

And you know what, if you’re there right now you can make the choice RIGHT NOW to change it too. I did it and I know you can do it.

No matter where you’re at you can change.

I don’t care if you’re 150 lbs overweight. Other have done it before and they will certainly do it in the future so why can’t one of them be you?

Decide right now to learn what changes you need to make in your diet.

Decide now to learn how to incorporate exercise into your day, no matter how busy you are.

Decide right now to stop making excuses!

I did this for myself and after I did it I knew that I wanted to help others do the same.

So if you are making that decision right now then give me a ‘HELL YEAH!’ in the comments and if you want, let me know what your goal is too.

The only person in control of this is you. When will you decide to make the change?

Your ‘here to help’ coach,
Lee
P.S. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. I did it and I honestly don’t think I’d be where I am now if I didn’t. I can now help you too.

Let me know what you think...
